Bitdefender will provide accommodation for the Partner Advisory Council from Wednesday, September 10 to Friday, September 12th. Please select your check-in and check-out dates during the registration process, including any extensions, and our events team will make your reservation on your behalf.

If you would like to extend your stay, the discounted group rate of $339 per night (plus tax) is available up to three days before and after the event dates. If you choose to extend your stay, you will be responsible for all hotel charges during that time. Please note that the extensions are based on hotel availability and will be confirmed via email from our events team at SMASHOUSE.

You will receive your hotel confirmation email directly from the hotel approximately two weeks prior to the event. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

Attendees will be required to provide a credit card during hotel check-in to cover incidentals (i.e., snacks, souvenirs, mini bar use, room service, or other meals not identified under ‘Meals,’ transportation, damage to room, additional resort fees, etc.).
