Your Sponsorship covers 2 nights (Wednesday, February 5th to Friday, February 7th). Flywheel will provide a code via email for registration (see REGISTER page).

All hotel bookings (including extensions) will be handled by Flywheel’s event team, SMASHOUSE. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Hotel extension Group rate: $419 per night (exclusive of tax, housekeeping tip of $3/day, and $42 resort fee). Extensions are available up to 3 days pre-event or post-event, based on availability. If you wish to extend your stay, you can select your check-in and check-out dates on the REGISTER form. Extensions will be confirmed via email by Flywheel’s event team, SMASHOUSE.
