If you are an attending as a Partner and your sponsorship is covering your attendance at the event, Flywheel will provide you with a code to enter during registration. Accommodation for Partners is included in the registration from Wednesday, January 31st to Friday, February 2nd. All accommodations (including any extension requests) will be booked by our event team, SMASHOUSE. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
The group rate of $349 per night (exclusive of tax, housekeeping service suggested at $3 per day and $25 resort fee) is available if you would like to extend your stay up to 3 days pre, or 3 days post event. These additional nights would be at your own cost. If you would like to extend your stay, please choose your desired check-in and check-out dates on the registration form. Extensions are based upon availability and will be confirmed via email.
