Accommodations

HPE + Juniper will provide accommodation for the HPE Networking Partner Executive Exchange 2025 for Monday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 14 with a checkout on Wednesday, October 15. Please select your check-in and check-out dates during the registration process, including any extensions, and our events team will make your reservation on your behalf.

If you would like to extend your stay, the discounted group rate of $359 per night single occupancy (plus tax) is available up to three days before and after the event dates. If you choose to extend your stay, you will be responsible for all hotel charges during that time. Please note that the extensions are based on hotel availability and will be confirmed via email from our events team at SMASHOUSE.

You will receive your hotel confirmation email directly from the hotel approximately two weeks prior to the event. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

Attendees will be required to provide a credit card during hotel check-in to cover incidentals (i.e., snacks, souvenirs, mini bar use, room service, or other meals not identified under ‘Meals,’ transportation, damage to room, additional resort fees, etc.). Spouses may share attendee rooms but are not permitted to attend any Juniper events including meals. The hotel may impose other requirements or rules on attendees. Juniper has no liability or responsibility in the event attendee is expulsed by the hotel.

  • All meals, which include breakfast, breaks, lunch, and dinner.


Wednesday, October 15

  • Breakfast, mid-morning break, and lunch: no dinner.
