Flights to and from Costa Rica will be booked on your behalf by our Travel Partner. During the registration process, you will be asked for all pertinent information for yourself, and your plus one (if bringing someone) in order to get your flights booked. You will be contacted by early April to finalize your flight itinerary.

Please have the following information ready for yourself and your plus one when registering (to help book your flights):

• Prefered Airport to travel in/out of
• Full legal name on your passport
• Birthdate
• Passport Number
• Passport Expiration Date
• Passport Country of Issuance

Our travel partner will email you to work on the best flight option for you and your plus one.

A car service to and from the airport and the JW Marriott Guanacaste in Costa Rica will be arranged for you based upon your flight information. Your driver will meet you outside of baggage claim/customs and have a sign with the Juniper logo, and your name on it. They will escort you to your car and drive you to the hotel.
