ACCOMMODATIONS

All attendees are responsible for their own hotel costs. The group rate for the conference is of €180 per night (single occupancy) and is available for the duration of the conference from Tuesday, January 31st to Thursday, February 2nd.  Double occupancy is at a rate of €195 per night and includes breakfast for your plus one at the Cervantes Breakfast room. Attendees are able to extend their stay before or after the program at the group rate of €180 per night.  If you would like to extend your stay, please choose your desired check-in and check-out dates on the registration form. Extensions are based upon availability and will be confirmed via email. Accommodations will be arranged by the events team.
