Is transportation being provided/arranged?

Yes! Transportation is being provided between the airport and hotel on the main arrival and departure days only. If you are arriving early or extending or not traveling between the airport and hotel, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation. Please note that you MUST include your flight information in your registration profile by 9/1/23 in order to have transportation arranged.

Transportation on arrival: We will arrange transportation to meet you outside of baggage claim. Please look for someone holding a Ketel One logo. If you are arriving into Amsterdam early and staying at a different hotel before the beginning of the trip, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.

Transportation on departure: Departure transportation will only be arranged between the Amsterdam Marriott and the airport on the main group departure date, 9/15. Plan on meeting your driver approximately 3 hours before your departure flight time. A formal departure notice with exact time will be given to you onsite. If you are extending your stay and staying at a different hotel, you will be responsible for your own departure transportation to the airport.

How does the hotel booking work?

Our events team will book your hotel reservation at the Amsterdam Marriott on your behalf. All you have to do is indicate in your registration profile your check-in and check-out dates. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

The nightly rate of €399 is available if you would like to extend your stay up to three days pre and/or post event. All costs would be your own responsibility. If you would like to extend your hotel reservation please indicate your desired check-in and check-out dates in your registration profile. All extension requests are based upon hotel availability, and will be confirmed separately via email.

What if I have any dietary allergies and/or requirements?

If you have any dietary needs, please indicate them during the registration process in the appropriate fields. All dietary requests will be met. If you have any additional questions or would like any clarity on dietary arrangements, please email us at events@smashouse.com.

What is the dress code for the trip?

How do I know if I am in group 1 or 2?

Groups will be determined onsite in Amsterdam.
