Flights to and from Salt Lake City will be booked on your behalf by our Travel Partner. During the registration process, you will be asked for all pertinent information in order to get your flights booked. You will be contacted by the end of June to finalize your flight itinerary.

Please have the following information ready when registering (to help book your flights):

• Prefered Airport to travel in/out of
• Prefered Travel Dates
• Full legal name on ID/Passport
• Birthdate
• Passport Number & Expiration Date (if traveling internationally)

Our travel partner will email you directly to work on the best flight option for you.

A car service to and from the airport and the Park City Hotel will be arranged for you based upon your flight information. Your driver will meet you outside of baggage claim and have a sign with the Radware logo, and your name on it. They will escort you to your car and drive you to the hotel.
