We ask that all attendees arrive on Wednesday, October 15 by 4:00pm PT. This will ensure that you are able to attend our Welcome Happy Hour & Dinner.
The event will conclude at 1:00pm PT on Friday, October 17. Flights can depart anytime after 4:00pm PT.
Depending on flight schedule and availability, flights will be booked into either:
- Oakland International Airport (OAK): 48 miles/70 minute drive
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO): 55 miles/90 minute drive
- Sacramento International Airport (SMC): 60 miles/65 minute drive
Customers
All customers attending will be required to book their flights through EVOTEK’s event travel agency. Customers will fill out the necessary fields in the registration process, and a member from the travel agency will reach out within 24 hours of completing registration with flight options.
EVOTEK Employees & Sellers
All employees have the option of booking their travel through our event travel agency or booking it on their own. During the registration process, you will see this option.
GROUND
Ground transportation will be arranged on your behalf in accordance with your flight information. Transfer details will be shared closer to the event.
