ACCOMMODATIONS

EVOTEK will provide accommodations for the Customer Advisory Board for Wednesday, October 15 and Thursday, October 16 with a checkout on Friday, October 17. Please select your check-in and check-out dates during the registration process, including any extensions, and our events team will reserve accommodations on your behalf. If customers choose to stay Friday night in Napa, EVOTEK will pay for their accommodations.

If you would like to extend your stay, the discounted group rate of $375 per night (plus tax and $20 Resort Fee) is available up to three days before and after the event dates. If you choose to extend your stay, you will be responsible for all hotel charges during that time. Please note that the extensions are based on hotel availability and will be confirmed via email from our events team at SMASHOUSE.

Attendees will be required to provide a credit card during hotel check-in to cover incidentals (i.e., snacks, souvenirs, mini bar use, room service, additional resort fees, etc.).
