This year, we`re headed to the Grand Hyatt Athens, In Greece. With its sweeping views of the Acropolis and the Aegean Sea, the Grand Hyatt Athens offers a multitude of five-star comforts and modern services that makes it the optimal urban base in the city center for both business and cosmopolitan travelers visiting Greece’s vibrant capital.

All attendees will be responsible for the cost of their own accommodations. Rooming availability is limited and rooms will be issued on a first come first serve basis. You will be automatically booked for the dates you submit during the registration process. All reservations are confirmed unless you receive an email stating otherwise. You will receive your hotel confirmation email about two weeks prior to the event.

The group rate of €310/€325 single/double occupancy inclusive of taxes, per night is available if you would like to extend your stay up to 2 days pre, or 2 days post event. If you would like to extend your stay, please choose your desired check-in and check-out dates on the registration form. Extensions are based upon availability and will be confirmed via email.

Hotel accommodations will be made on your behalf based on your completed registration form hotel dates (including any requested extensions). PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.
