Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, plus ones (including children) are welcome to join you for the offsite. All costs associated with bringing a plus one (other than same room accommodations), will be your responsibility.

What can Plus One’s participate in?

Plus One and your child/children will be able to participate in all sessions except those marked as blue colored sessions.

How do I book my Plus One’s Flights?

All employees will be contacted by the flight booking agency. They can help book your plus ones flight, and provide you with a credit card authorization to pay for their flight. Plus ones are welcome to book their own flight, but all employees should work with the flight travel agency.

Can I travel to Hawaii on dates before or after the offsite?

Yes, you may travel to Hawaii before the program dates, as well as extend your stay past the program dates. Please note, all cost incurred from your extended travel are your responsibility.

COVID

All employees should monitor their health and be aware of any COVID 19 symptoms before traveling to Hawaii. If you are experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone prior to the TGC offsite, please be sure to test negative before attending the offsite. Costs of individual COVID19 tests will be your responsibility.
