Accommodations

All employees are asked to arrive in O’ahu on Tuesday, November 1st and depart on Saturday, November 5th. Thatgamecompany will be hosting your accommodations during these dates.

The group rate of $499 + Tax per night is available if you would like to extend your stay up to 3 days pre, or 3 days post event. These additional nights would be at your own cost. If you would like to extend your stay, please choose your desired check-in and check-out dates on the registration form. Extensions are based upon availability and will be confirmed via email.
