All attendees should plan to fly into the Madrid–Barajas Airport International Airport (MAD), and are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the M-Files IMPACT Global Conference 2024.

Partners: As a partner you have several different options to arrive. If you attend the Partner Summit from the start then we ask you to arrive before lunch on Tuesday, May 14th to participate the lunch before the start of the workshops. If you join only the User Summit, please follow the below instructions.

User Summit for customers and partners: We ask that you arrive by 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 15th to participate in the Welcome Reception or no later than 8:00am on Thursday, May 16th before the start of the program.

All attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation to and from the airport and The Meliá Castilla hotel in Madrid. The hotel is located approximately 14 km West of the airport, and is about a 15-minutes transfer. We suggest using a rideshare application (Lyft, UBER, etc.) or grabbing a taxi.

Self parking is available at the Melia Castilla during the global conference. It is located at the main entrance of the hotel. The price to self park is €27 per day and can be billed directly to your room.
