This year, we`re headed to Meliá Castilla in Madrid, Spain. The hotel on the Paseo de la Castellana embodies the living history of Madrid and is just a short walk from the Santiago Bernabéu football stadium. Rooted in the heart of the capital, discover the quality of its facilities and the friendliness of its staff. Not forgetting the delicious cuisine in its restaurants in the heart of Madrid’s culinary golden mile.

All attendees will be responsible for the cost of their own accommodations. Rooming availability is limited and rooms will be issued on a first come first serve basis. You will be automatically booked for the dates you submit during the registration process. All reservations are confirmed unless you receive an email stating otherwise. You will receive your hotel confirmation email about two weeks prior to the event.

The group rate of €210 inclusive of taxes, per night is available if you would like to extend your stay up to 3 days pre, or 3 days post event. If you would like to extend your stay, please choose your desired check-in and check-out dates on the registration form. Extensions are based upon availability and will be confirmed via email.
