Hotel rooms will not be provided for Tampere-based employees. All other attendees will have accommodations booked on their behalf by our events team based upon the dates selected during registration. All nights at the hotel during the Global Kickoff January 29 - February 2, 2024 will be paid for by M-Files. Any additional pre-approved, program-related nights will be paid by company credit card and reimbursed. You will receive further hotel information, including your confirmation numbers about 2 weeks prior to the event. As long as you are registered, you will have accommodations.

If you choose to bring a Plus One please note that all additional costs (Rooming, Food, Beverage & Incidentals) will be your responsibility. If you choose to have a plus one staying in your room, an extra payment of 20€ - 30€  per night depending on the hotel, is required. You must use a personal credit card for this extra payment. Plus one's will not be permitted to attend any of the company meetings or dinners. If you bring a plus one, you are still expected to participate in all company activities.

The nightly rate of €130 - €140 (depending on the hotel), is available if you would like to extend your stay up to three days pre and/or post event. Please note that any personal pre-approved nights must be paid with personal credit card. If you would like to extend your hotel reservation please indicate your desired check-in and check-out dates in your registration profile. All extension requests are based upon hotel availability, and will be confirmed separately via email.

All attendees will be required to present a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
